So far we had a blast in NYC. New York drivers are so aggressive with their driving skill. We got here at 2:00 PM this afternoon and got to visit Barneys New York, Comme des Garcons, and Rick Owens stores. Going to the Comme des Garcons store is just like going to the comtemporary art museum. They have unbelieveable merchandise that we just went crazy and wild .

This Comme des Garcons plastic with black embroidery jacket is so awesome on the hanger, but it’s so uncomfortable on the body. The raw edges cut into your skin, and the heavy plastic is stiff that you can’t even lift up your arm. It’s a piece of art, but too bad it’s not pratical for daily wear.

Antino Angel Crowley work at Rick Owens store. He dressed so cool and had a great personality. The Rick Owens store is amazing. Going to the Rick Owens store is just like going to the candy store, we want to take everything home with us.

Nini & Hanh

Last month I was working with a client in her beautiful Spanish style home. Around her pool was the most beautiful bamboo trees that I’ve ever seen. Seeing the beautiful green foliage inspired this photos shoot. I told Hanh that it would be fun to do our photos using this as the background. Her response was” Perfect”, we can do this near my house. The photos turned out really nice. Thanks to Loc. He did a great job on the shoot, and all I have to do is just enhanced the photos. I showed the photos to our friends and a lot of them said that it’s reminded them of the “savage beauties of the jungle”.

Hanh and I are heading to NYC this Tuesday. We’re very excited and will keep you posted on everything while we there.

Hanh is wearing her new fabulous Gucci that has three side buckles and a big platform. You probably have seen this shoes on every editorial and press for spring. This is  definitely a hot shoes on the market right now!!!!

I love my new dinosaur crop jacket. I gave it this name because the details on the back of this Comme des Garcons jacket remind me so much of the stegosaurus’ back. Rei Kawakubo does beautiful work and her hexagonal cutting was the central motif. I love the shaped poufy geodesic tops and cocooning skirts. Not to mention the amazing details! The collection was based on a deconstructed soccer ball and the dinosaur crop jacket is decorated with the small hard ruffle. This jacket is definitely a great addition to my closet. It matches with everything and makes everything look better in its own fun way.
