Re: the bangs/fringe issue, I’ve been wearing it on/off for years, and have that same dilemma. The secret seems to be to have it long enough to move to one side.. yes, what exactly are finger waves? I’m picturing a kind of wavy, thirties ‘bob’..

As for your hair, you are lucky to have the bone structure to either go with the bangs or without…you are super pretty either way.
