We arrived to the beautiful Phuket, Thailand and it’s a paradise so far! The hotel we are staying at is Ayara Hilltops located on Surin Beach. We decided with Surin Beach because it is not as crowded as other beaches around Phuket. Spent half of the day on the beach and eating street foods. Sorry for the lack of updates as Loc and I are visiting families and friends in Vietnam. During our stay, I was invited for an interview for HTV, Saigon’s largest news network, for their fashion segment. I was a blast working with them. This was one of the look that I chose for their street style portion. We are currently in Thailand and will share more photos with you when we get a chance. We’re having a blast in Saigon, it’s so hot but beautiful here. This is what I wore out to dinner with our new friends at Cuc Gach Quan, highly recommended for all the foodies. They serve traditional Southern Vietnamese foods like canh chua & ca kho to (not too sweet like the Saigon version). My new friend, she sells peanuts and potatoes for a living every morning nearby our hotel. She’s 90 years old, each day she makes around 70,000 VN Dong, about $3.50. She’s is so cute!
We arrived a few days ago to Saigon after an 18 hours flight. As it is always fun and emotional to come back visiting our motherland. There is so much to do and see, as the city never sleep.
