I have on a ruffle skirt from Teri Jon size 6 pulled it up and worn it as a dress. I secured it w/ hollywood fashion tapes. My vintage python belt. I had been looking everywhere for a black ruffle dress for this event but had no luck. No luck with ruffles dress but I found a ruffle skirt…:)
