Can I please have the measurements of this tunic including the length in front, on sides and the back

I would like to buy the green dress that LeAnn Rimes wore (I think to the Trevor event) — it has the cape/capelet back. Do you have it available, and if not, do you know where I can buy it? It is stunning. I also saw another girl wearing this dress here in Palm Beach, but it was in another color. I spend the winters in Palm Beach (rest of year in New York and London), so if it is sold at Neiman’s or Saks, and you could give me the details, perhaps they can get it for me, but when I called, they were not familiar with it.
