Our second day in Hanoi working on a very exciting project. The weather is cool and breezy, which is wonderful for layering. There is many street food vendors here which specialize in pho (pho originated here in Hanoi) and it taste spectacular compares to pho in the States or even in Saigon.
We're having a blast in Saigon, it's so hot but beautiful here. This is what I wore out to dinner with our new friends at Cuc Gach Quan, highly recommended for all the foodies. They serve traditional Southern Vietnamese foods like canh chua & ca kho to (not too sweet like the Saigon version). My new friend, she sells peanuts and potatoes for a living every morning nearby our hotel. She's 90 years old, each day she makes around 70,000 VN Dong, about $3.50. She's is so cute!
