Last week we flew to NYC to attend our Rihanna's 30th Birthday. Rihanna looked gorgeous - as she always does. Loc and I had such a wonderful time. I wish I could show you some photos from the event because it was so beautifully done but the event was a camera free zone. I've gained quite a bit of weight from the pregnancy and I wanted to look elegant without showing my arms and my curves. I'm wearing a vintage 1920's duchess satin opera coat which is perfect over any dress. If you have a black tie event to attend during your pregnancy, try to stick with something with a clean silhouette. I always like dresses that are cut on the bias because they are flattering around the belly and behind. A loose maxi dress is another great option. I also find myself sticking with 3/4 sleeve or long sleeve tops but I try to stay away from baby doll dresses and low cut styles during pregnancy.
