Stronger!

I was going through my photos and found this set from Cabo.  Loc did a great job with the photos that I just have to share them.  I have been obsessed with fitness lately. I always thought that I would never need  to work out because most people say that I am skinny and ask me why I would need to work out.   I was advised by a dear friend of mine  that fitness is not just about the exterior that we gain from it but above all is for a healthy mind and heart.     I decided to listen to her because she and her husband is the living proof.   Not only they look amazing for their age (you can’t guess their age), but their heart and mind is always positive toward life and others.  Only after a couple of months of working out,  I can tell you that it definitely keeps you fresh and have a positive way of thinking at all time.  It  also helps with reducing stress and sleeping better, which  results in  more energy for the day.  Thus, I have decided to take a step further by going with a trainer to improve my current level.    I’m looking forward to gain a few pounds of muscle here and there in the next few months.  Wish me luck!    I recommend everyone at all ages that can spare 1 hour a day to start working out if not yet done so.  It will improve your life in many ways!  Have a lovely day! xoxo Nini Nguyen

    this is so true! although you are slim, you look fit and sexy! some people who are skinny look malnourished :( working out (especially with weights) will make your bones stronger so you never have to worry about osteoporosis. btw, i loooove your style! :)))

    your skin is FLAWLESS (your body too!). it’s time for me to hit the gym. i totally know what you mean about being fit but loving the feeling regular workouts can do for you.

    Beautiful Skin on picture is easy—photoshop erases all blemishes on the face and stretch marks on the body. Fat skinny is not attractive, tone skinny is. It takes months and year to show result, a week of working out only scratches the surface.
