The Art of Giving

December 17th, 2011

What is your Christmas shopping list looking like? Are you counting down the days? Whether they have been naughty or nice, all the members of your friends and family have their own individual style. I know it’s really tough to make a decision about what to get for each person and you want to put quite a bit of thought into what you’re looking for before going out to buy someone a gift.

This is what I wore to the mall this past weekend with Loc to shop for our family members and friends. I needed something casual and comfortable to battle the mall traffic. We had lots and lots of luck at H&M. What a great one stop shop! I got half of my list marked off. Their clothes are great and the prices are reasonable.

If you have not started on your list yet it’s not too late to do it now. Sometimes, you have a really tough cookie on your list: hard to please and hard to shop for. I highly recommend turning to cashmere to solve that problem. And don’t be afraid of the price being too high. You can find some great cashmere at a reasonable price if you look carefully. Gap, Banana Republic and J-crew have wonderful cashmere items that work great for gifts!

Happy Holidays everyone!!

Wearing: Citizen of Humanity jeans, Vince t’s, Balenciaga jacket, Prada bag, vintage fur, vintage necklace, Margiela booties, Super sunnies

Also, I’d like to thank Wannabe Magazine from Serbia for a great interview.  I had so much fun answering it!

I’m a new fan but you constantly inspire me with your style. I love how feminine you are even with a pixie and I keep going back to your posts when I’m doubting my pixie. You have been amazing, have a happy holiday!

I really hope you can help me out, I’m about to hit the “buy-button” for the YSL trib too pumps in black leather. I’m just unsure about the size, Iam a regular 36 in shoes, but heard that the size on the YSL trib too shoes are a little bit different? Do you think I should size down to a 35,5?
Really hope that you will answer!
