Bluebonnet

photos by Loc

Wearing: top and pant from Vince, Super sunnies, vintage clutch, Givenchy booties

Another reason why I love Spring in Texas so much is wildflowers areall over the place, especially bluebonnet! This is what I wore out tolunch with Loc yesterday. I didn’t know we’re going to shoot withbluebonnet, otherwise I would have wear something more elegant withmovement. Maybe next time :-)
My little casual look is from Vince. It’s another effortless and comfortable look.  Vince is a great place to get all your basics. The quality is great and the prices are very reasonable compared to others. Have a great day everyone!! xoxo Nini Nguyen

P.S: I’m working on the Ebay shop. I’ll have the shop reopen again this Sunday.

I know what you mean about wearing something more flowing for the flowers… but I like the black and white… it’s a nice juxtaposition! Looks wonderful as do you!

I really like the black/white combination with a pop of color (the clutch). It feels crisp, clean, and fresh. I’m so glad I found your blog, I’ve just moved to Dallas from NYC.

Oh my goodness, Nini, that’s so funny: my husband and I also just did a ’self style’ shoot with me in bluebells!
    http://streetstylelondon.blogspot.com/2010/05/cavorting-in-field-of-blue-bells-on.html

(altho frankly, I’ve got better shots from that shoot coming up, in a lace print dress. Just had to get something up).

I hadn’t visited you for a while – have been so busy & I’m sure you, too – but missed you & came here to say hi, and saw these gorgeous photos. Can I maybe do a little ‘guest blog’ post with a shot or two of these?

How funny. We did ours last Monday (May 3rd). What day did you shoot yours? Sending you a big hug little Nini! xox
