Hi everyone,

After a long week of work I finally have some time off. I had to make some time for Loc after this crazy week and we met up for lunch. I love wearing long leather gloves when the weather is cool. They’re so great over my silky blouses or with turtle necks. I have had these gloves for years and I’m still wearing them. Long gloves are definitely something that are worth investing in because you can add them to anything and use them every season. Have a great day!! Xo Nini

I’m loving the cooler weather that we’re having in Dallas this weekend. One of my favorite looks to wear in the fall time is wearing ivory on ivory. I’m wearing my new blouse that I just picked up from Zara last week. Zara’s clothing quality is excellent. Have a great day everyone! xo Nini

Hello everyone ~ Here I’m wearing red again. Do you remember a few entries back when I wore a red skirt? That skirt is the second half of the suit this vintage Chanel jacket comes from. I love the idea of a red women’s suit but it is a little too much when they are worn together. They just looked a little too serious together so I wore them separately. I love wearing red because it’s a lucky color in our culture. It symbolizes good fortune and joy. Red is found everywhere during Chinese New Year and other holidays and family gatherings. Besides, red is so big for Fall 2012 and it’s a great color to brighten up any skin tone. If you have never worn red before try it out! You never know…it could be your new discovery!

Hi everyone, I hope you all enjoyed your weekend. Loc and I spent time with his parents today. And we were so lucky to be treated to a wonderful time with good food and even better people.

Loc’s mom always cooks for us every time we come to visit them. I’m a vegetarian and this is my 7th month of being a vegetarian. I feel so special because she always takes time to make me the most delicious meals. His parents are very lovely and I’m blessed in every way to have Loc and his family in my life.

I’m wearing the Leighlace tunic. It has a silk front and a fully lined lace back. I wear it as a dress with a pair of shorts underneath. I can’t wait to pair it back with skinny jeans and boots when the weather turns colder. This tunic is on pre-order now and you can click here to purchase it. This item takes 2 weeks from order to delivery.

I’m so lucky to have the most loyal and generous readers. Thank you all so much for all your love and support. Love you! Xo Nini

Hello everyone! I’ve been working on producing more pieces and I’m so excited to announce that the Nini Circle Dress is now available in hot pink. This is the dress that I donated to the Art Ball this year at the Dallas Museum of Art. It was an honor to participate in the auction because the cause is so near and dear to my heart. The dress (it included my styling service) raised $3,200 at the auction. I was so happy to able to give back to the community that has been such a large part of my life and my career in many ways. This dress is now available for purchase and takes two weeks from order to delivery. It is absolutely fabulous and I promise you, you will enjoy this dress. Feel free to send me an email if you have any questions Happy Sunday everyone! xo Nini

Hi everyone- Hope you are all enjoying your summer while it lasts. Before you know it we’ll be in Fall! I love to buy a piece that I can wear over and over again and come up with different ideas each time I wear it. Those pieces always end up being worth every cent and lasting for season after season.

This Rick Owens long silk skirt is definitely one of those kinds of pieces. It is lovely and slimming but doesn’t get stuck in one category:  I can transform it from a cocktail dinner outfit to one I wear for a casual lunch.

Today, I’m wearing this silky skirt pared down with a super simple tee and it’s a perfect combo for a casual dinner or lunch. I love to take something fancy from my closet and pair it with the simplest item to make it more casual and wearable. Thanks for reading everyone and have a wonderful day! Xo Nini

Hi everyone~~

Hope you are all well. The home improvement project is finally done. Whewwwww!! I wear my cut-off shorts all the time but this is only the 2nd time that I took photos of them for the blog. I like to wear them for running errands and for going out to grab a burger with Loc on a Friday night. I normally style it w/ a loose white T or with a shirt that buttons down and usually tuck the top in. The outfit has a grunge feel to it but remains polished based on the top and the accessories you add. Thanks for reading everyone and have a fantastic day! xo Nini
